Lively Technical College Student Services staff are available to assist students in reaching their academic and career goals. Our focus is on student success – encouraging you to Invest in Yourself.

Together, with Lively Technical College faculty and staff, our student service advisors strive to ensure that all students have access to the support services and opportunities they need for a successful educational experience at Lively and in their future career. Our programs complement the learning that takes place in the classroom and enhances the overall educational experience of students.

Registration

• Student Records
  The Student Records Office, located in Building 8, provides assistance to all students, past, and present. Office hours are Monday – Friday 8 am to 4 pm, unless otherwise posted. For additional information please call 850-487-7400. LTC Student Records strictly adheres to the Federal Educational Records Privacy Act (FERPA).
• Official Transcripts
  Official Transcripts requests are available at this Link to Transcript Request Form — Return a completed request form to the Student Records Office with payment of $10.00. A Credit Card Authorization is provided here for your convenience. Acceptable forms of payment are credit or debit card, cashier’s check, money order or cash. You may mail, fax or email request to:

• Book Store
  All Career and Technical Education Programs have a suggested book list showing books and supplies that will be needed for the duration of that program. Before purchasing any books or supplies, please contact the program instructor. All sales are final. The Book Store does not buyback books or supplies. The Book Store is open Monday – Friday 8 am to 4 pm, unless otherwise posted. Acceptable forms of payment: credit/debit card, cashier’s check, money order, cash or financial aid program.

Guidance & Counseling Services

Our student services advisers are dedicated to assisting students in becoming successful individuals in the labor force and in their community. Advisors are available to offer guidance in career exploration, the application and admission process to Lively, course selection, academic advisement, academic probation counseling, and any other concerns students may have. Individual and/or small group guidance is also available to assist students in personal, academic, vocational and occupational concerns. The Student Service Advisors, Community Resources, and Career Resource information are located in Building 9.

Adult Students with Disabilities (ASD/504)

Lively offers Education Support Services to assist in creating an accessible learning community where students with disabilities have an equal opportunity to fully participate in our educational environment and activities.

Career Placement Center

We want you to find a job and have a successful career. Our Career Center offers job application assistance, resume development, interview skills, job posting board, computer access to Employ Florida job network and job fairs. Our student advisers work in partnership with Career Source Capital Region offering individual and group job seeking activities and workshops.

Veteran Affairs

The staff of Lively Technical College is proud to serve the men and women who have served our country. Learning Resource Center

Looking for a place to study with no distractions? Our Learning Resource Center provides a quiet study area with access to computers and wireless internet. Located in Building #9. Open Monday – Thursday 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, unless otherwise posted.
